PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION PRIOR TO PURCHASE.
Please make sure you compare any part number(s) listed on the ad with your current item's part number(s); this will ensure you are purchasing the correct part.
Note: If you use the PayPal instant checkout feature, your default PayPal shipping address will be automatically supplied to us for use as the shipping address. You must ensure your address, as registered with PayPal, is updated and correct prior to using the PayPal instant checkout feature. If your default PayPal shipping address is not up to date, please use the standard checkout instead; you can still use PayPal to pay, but you'll be given the option to enter your shipping address.
**We gladly accept PayPal! However, payments MUST be completed using the checkout system. DO NOT send a PayPal payment directly by logging into your PayPal account
and clicking the "Send Money" tab - it WILL NOT be recognized by our software and your item WILL NOT be shipped until you contact us and further arrangements are made.
Items that are ordered in error or not
needed after receipt can be returned for a refund, less a restocking fee
on the item's price and we will NOT refund the shipping charges. The restock fee
for returned items is typically 10-20% depending on the return. You will be
informed prior to returning the item(s) what restock fee will apply to your order.
Requests to modify your order (such as change your shipping address) or cancel your order after payment has been submitted will be subject to an additional charge in order to compensate for the time involved in cancelling a processed and/or fulfilled order. This charge is customarily a 10% restocking fee, but may vary depending on the nature of the order. The charge may be assessed upon request prior to cancellation. If the order has already shipped, no modifications can be allowed.
FedEx OVERNIGHT SHIPPING is available on all items shipping to addresses within the US. Your order must be paid by 3:00 PM CST in order to be shipped that day.
You do NOT need to contact us to arrange for overnight shipping; simply purchase the item you want and choose "Overnight" shipping at the checkout. If you have any questions, let us know. Please note that FedEx regularly delivers only on Monday through Friday, so an Overnight package sent on Friday, for example, would arrive Monday.
NOTE: We process and ship orders Monday - Friday, not including holidays.
We will ship to any address within the US and Canada, including US territories. Shipping outside of US and Canada is not currently available.
FedEx does not deliver to "PO Boxes". If your order has a "PO Box address" for the ship-to address, and you have chosen FedEx shipping, we reserve the right to ship your order with USPS Priority Mail instead. To prevent this substitution, please provide a physical shipping address for all FedEx orders.
Shipping charges cover postage, processing and packaging. All items are shipped insured for your protection. Please check the shipping calculator for your shipping charges. By purchasing you agree to these charges.
On a normal day all orders paid by 3:00 PM CST are shipped the same day. Please contact us about the status of an order ONLY if you believe there may be a problem, or if it has been 7 business days since we received payment, and you have not received your order. If you have purchased more than 1 item or wish to purchase more than 1 item, please wait for us to send you a combined invoice.
**USPS does NOT track packages. If your order is shipped USPS
mail and you receive a "tracking" number via email, that is your Delivery
Confirmation number to let you know we shipped your order, and then it will show
when the item is delivered. After you receive your shipment confirmation it
should take 2-5 business days to receive your order.
**If you choose USPS Shipping (First Class or Priority Mail) you must add $1.50 (for every $100.00 of product price) for insurance. This will cover you if the item gets lost or damaged during shipping. By clicking "BUY IT NOW" or submitting an offer or placing a bid, you are agreeing to pay the insurance charge if USPS shipping is chosen.
Please note: Once an item has been shipped, it is out of our control; we are
not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
**International customers will have to pay ALL duties,
brokerage fees and taxes that occur. Please check with your country for restrictions, duties, and taxes collected by your country. We do not refund shipping costs for items rejected by your customs. Please note: for online orders, we only offer shipping to US and Canada. US Territories and APO/FPO are welcome.
**If the shipping carrier returns a package to us (undelivered, refused, etc.), we will contact you and let you know that we have received the package. You will have the opportunity to make any address corrections, if necessary, and the item can be reshipped (at your expense). If you do not want the package to be reshipped to you, we will allow you to choose a refund (of the item's price) minus a restock fee ranging from 10-20%. If we do not receive a response from you within 30 days after we contact you, the item will be restocked to inventory and you will not receive any compensation for your order.
Payments accepted: PayPal, All Major Credit Cards, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders.
**Payments sent in the mail MUST include the order number of the item(s) purchased.
**All IL residents will be charged IL sales tax.
If you have a problem or need help with
an order, please contact us before your warranty period ends.
If you receive a part you suspect is
defective, please contact us and we will work with you and ask you some
troubleshooting questions to try to help you determine what is wrong. Upon
receiving your replies we can usually send out a replacement item for you at no
cost. If this is done, you would need to send back the defective part once you
receive the newly shipped replacement part. You are free to return the part in
any manner you wish; this would not be paid for by VIVO TECHNOLOGY. It is
important that the package is received
within 14 days from the date we authorize the return. THE RETURN PERIOD STARTS
FROM THE DATE THAT THE CARRIER SHOWS THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED. If we
are notified of a problem after the return period ends, we are not able to allow
a return! Things that void a warranty are physical abuse of the item, improper
use, failure to return all the pieces/parts, any permanent alterations, and
swearing/threatening customer service. Please don't throw anything away as
packing will be needed to file a damage claim. If your item arrives damaged and
you do not keep the box and packaging, the claim will most likely be refused by
the shipping company so we won't allow a return.
If you have a
problem with your order, PLEASE contact US so we can help you, rather than
contacting your credit card issuer or starting a dispute with PayPal or Google
Checkout. Once PayPal/Google Checkout or a credit card issuer is involved, we
are limited on how much we can assist you, and may not be able to give you the
support you desire. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, we are not in charge of
the outcome.
ANY PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO US MUST HAVE AN RMA FORM INCLUDED. WHEN A RETURN HAS BEEN APPROVED, YOU WILL BE GIVEN ACCESS TO AN RMA FORM WHICH MUST BE FILLED-OUT AND INCLUDED WITH THE ITEM BEING RETURNED. IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT AN RMA FORM, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO HOLD YOUR RETURN UNTIL YOU CONTACT US TO GIVE US THE NEEDED INFORMATION TO PROCESS THE RETURN. THE RMA FORM CAN ONLY BE USED FOR THE ORDER FOR WHICH IT WAS ISSUED; IT CANNOT BE USED TO RETURN OTHER PRODUCTS THAT HAVE NOT BEEN APPROVED BY VIVO FOR RETURN.
